Tokyo, Japan - May 13, 2009 - FUJISOFT INC. (the “Company”) announces that FUJISOFT MEDICAL Inc., the Company’s subsidiary, will be dissolved in accordance with a resolution made at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today. Details are as follows. |

2. Reason for Dissolution
The Company established FUJISOFT MEDICAL Inc. (the “Subsidiary”) in August 2007 to engage in businesses that included services to help unemployed nurses return to work.
However, following a review of services to help unemployed nurses return to work, meant to be the Subsidiary’s mainstay business, because a business case for the services could not be established, the decision was made to withdraw from this business. |
