External Recognition

We received the PrivacyMark certification from the Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community (JIPDEC) in 2002.

We obtained ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management in June 1995, becoming Japan’s first independent software manufacturer to earn the certification. The certifying body was the Japan Quality Assurance Organization, the local entity of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Our Quality Policy defining our commitment to quality, delivery timelines, and confidentiality is the foundation on which we consistently provide products and services that fulfill customer expectations.

We obtained ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for organizational environmental conservation activities in 1998.

Environmental conservation is integrated to our management activities through our environmental philosophy of “protecting the greenery of the Amazon.”

We obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), and operate our information security management in accordance with this standard.

Certification was received by the Tokyo Data Center in 2006 and subsequently expanded to include the Yokohama and Kyushu data centers in 2007, and the Tokyo No. 2 Data Center in 2008. All centers adhere to strict security management protocols to deliver high-quality, safe, and secure services.

We obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS) in 2024 for the Technical Department No. 2, Platform Business Division of the Public Systems Headquarters at the Minato Mirai Office.

We obtained ISO/IEC 27017 certification, the international standard for cloud security, in 2019 for the Tokyo No. 2 Data Center, certifying that it provides advanced cloud services in a high-quality, secure, and safe environment.

We obtained Kurumin certification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in recognition of our outstanding childcare and related programs in 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2015.

Building on these efforts, we continued to enhance our programs and received Platinum Kurumin certification in 2019, recognizing initiatives that meet the highest standards. After introducing fertility treatment leave, we were further awarded Platinum Kurumin Plus certification in 2024, becoming the first company in Kanagawa Prefecture to receive this prestigious recognition.

We received the Tomonin mark from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2025 as an organization committed to creating a workplace environment that accommodates balancing work and caregiving responsibilities.

We received Eruboshi Stage Three ranking from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2019 for fulfilling all five criteria for the highest ranking as a company promoting women’s active engagement in the workplace.

We were recognized as one of the Top 100 Telework Pioneers by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in 2016 as a company advancing the introduction and utilization of teleworking.

We were recognized as a “White 500” company by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2025 in the Large Enterprise Category of the ministry’s Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.

We received certification as a Sports Yell Company 2025 from the Japan Sports Agency in January 2025 as a company actively promoting measures to improve employee health through sport.
