Multi-Stakeholder Policy

Multi-Stakeholder Policy

Fuji Soft considers appropriate collaboration and co-creation with a broad range of stakeholders to be essential to its corporate management. These stakeholders include shareholders, employees, business partners, customers, partners, and local communities. The Company takes concrete steps to engage and collaborate with all stakeholders.

Our Basic Philosophy—“Aiming to become a corporate group that contributes to society, Provides satisfaction to customers, Initiates eco-friendly activities, And believes in a comfortable and rewarding environment”—reflects our commitment to using our business to work together with society to advance society. Our corporate credo of “Challenge & Creation” states our approach to generating sustainable growth and enhancing corporate value. We believe that sharing the profits and results generated by co-creating value and improving productivity with our stakeholders will support positive growth in salaries and sustaining economic development. The following are important initiatives for returning value to employees and showing consideration for our business partners.

1. Returning value to employees

Guided by the belief that “a company is its people,” Fuji Soft has established a human resource policy aimed at creating a comfortable and rewarding work environment where employees can find fulfillment in their daily work, perform at their full potential, and grow as diverse individuals. By strengthening technical capabilities and enhancing skills, we seek to maximize corporate value and added value while pursuing sustainable growth and higher productivity. We raise salaries when feasible in line with our revenue growth and business performance, taking into account conditions within the Company and broader society. In addition, we actively invest in human capital by improving the workplace environment and providing education and training that enhance employee engagement and productivity, thereby fostering a more comfortable and rewarding workplace. Fuji Soft is built on its people, invests in their development, and is committed to returning value to them.

Further details
Minimum salary requirements serve as the baseline from which we set compensation appropriately, taking into account Company performance as well as each employee’s role, responsibilities, and capabilities, and providing stable and consistent pay that supports a living wage. We regard human capital as a vital management asset that underpins the Company’s competitiveness and will continue to invest in recruitment, education, training, and other initiatives to support employee development.

2. Consideration for business partners

Fuji Soft is committed to complying with the Declaration of Partnership Building, a government-led initiative of Kanagawa Prefecture. Should the declaration be removed, we will voluntarily rescind the Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

3. Other stakeholder measures

Our Basic Philosophy is grounded in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. This philosophy guides the development of our business operations and our approach to fulfilling social responsibilities. Providing value to customers is the foundation of our business, and we place great importance on building relationships of trust. We also engage in ongoing dialogue with shareholders and a broad range of stakeholders. Through this approach and our business activities, we aim to make a positive contribution to society.
