Basic Policy
Fuji Soft Incorporated regards the strengthening of its compliance framework as a key management priority and actively promotes compliance-driven management.
In line with this policy, the Company adopted the Guidelines for Preventing Fraudulent Use of Competitive Research Funds, which are based on the Guidelines for Responding to Misconduct in Research issued on August 26, 2014 by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The Company maintains rigorous management and oversight of publicly solicited competitive research funds to prevent misuse and ensure their proper use and management.
Fund Management System
The Company maintains the following management positions to ensure the proper management of competitive research funds.
- Chief Executive Officer
The President and Representative Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the entire company and bearing ultimate responsibility for the operation and management of competitive research funding. - Executive Officer in Charge of Oversight Management
The Executive Officer in Charge of the Technology Administration Department serves as the Executive Officer in Charge of Oversight Management, assisting the Chief Executive Officer and holding primary responsibility and authority for overseeing the Company’s management and operation of competitive research funds. - Compliance Officer
The Executive in Charge of Research serves as the individual with primary responsibility and authority for the operation and management of competitive research funds within each department.
