Fuji Soft continuously monitors and assesses risks associated with its corporate activities in accordance with its Basic Policy for Internal Control Systems (Crisis Management). This framework enables us to effectively minimize the impact of risks on business operations.

Risk Management Structure

The Risk Management Committee, consisting of the chair and executives from headquarters departments, works to minimize risk to our business operations. Its responsibilities include establishing the Code of Conduct for both normal and emergency situations and monitoring the risk status associated with each department’s activities.

Emergency Response

The permanent Crisis Management and Disaster Prevention Headquarters maintains offices at all branch locations to ensure readiness for emergencies such as earthquakes or typhoons. In the event of a major disaster, we implement various measures to ensure employee safety, including verifying each individual’s status through a dedicated safety confirmation website.

In addition, the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Management Committee maintains the Company’s basic BCP and oversees critical operations during crises that could threaten business continuity.

Data Center Management

• Our data centers are equipped with seismic control and isolation systems, on-site power generators, and robust security systems supporting continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Multiple layers of safeguards, including backup facilities and redundant lines, further protect against potential disruptions. Network status is monitored at all times, and our emergency response systems facilitates immediate action when needed.

  To give customers additional confidence in the safety of their data, all Fuji Soft data centers are certified under the ISO/IEC 27001 international standard. We have also obtained ISO/IEC 27017 certification for our cloud service operations.
