People and technology working together to safeguard the information society

Guided by a customer-driven approach and a fundamental commitment to quality, delivery timelines, and confidentiality, we act as a strategic partner by providing technology and value-added services that meet customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

In the information society, we regard critical information as a key management asset and accordingly apply the highest level of security measures to prevent information leakage.

Information security management and promotion framework

The Information Security Section and the Information Security & Virus Countermeasure Headquarters, supervised by the officer in charge of information security, were established in 2005 to plan and systematically implement information security initiatives across the Company. In addition, Security Committee holds monthly meetings for information security staff from all departments to ensure comprehensive measures against information leakage. Fuji Soft publishes its full information security regulations on the employee intranet, and key points are posted within the Company as the “12 Principles for Preventing Information Leakage” and “7 Principles for Preventing Personal Information Leakage” to ensure thorough understanding and consistent practice by all employees. Internal regulations are updated in line with changes to relevant laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Management systems and employee training are updated accordingly to ensure strict legal compliance. We also train security personnel, maintain and apply our Rules for Secure Development and Operation, and continually work to improve the security quality of our system development and operation.
