Social Contribution Activities
Social Contribution and Disaster Support Activities
The internal Social Contribution Section was established in the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 and promotes ICT-based volunteer activities in collaboration with local governments and community organizations in disaster-stricken and depopulated communities.
The organization assists in post-disaster restoration and supports long-term needs, such as community recovery and regional revitalization. As part of these efforts, Fuji Soft also utilizes its products and services to provide practical solutions, helping increase public awareness of the role that information and communications technology plays in daily life.
In addition, in response to the increasingly frequent natural disasters in recent years, we have continued to provide support by leveraging the experience we have gained through past disaster relief activities. We are also engaged in indirect support for disaster-stricken areas, including remote assistance for producers.
