ISO 9001 Quality management systems
Fuji Soft has maintained certification under the international ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems (certificate number: JQA-0910) since 1995, when we became the first independent software manufacturer to be certified by the Japan Quality Assurance Organization. Our quality management system is currently certified under ISO 9001: 2015, reflecting our commitment to product and service quality, on-time delivery, and confidentiality. We also maintain customer satisfaction through conscientious follow-up services, including responding to feedback and requests with necessary improvements and confirmation of the results.

Project monitoring
In 2009, we introduced a system for regular monitoring, status surveillance, and control of major projects and projects requiring supervision, enhancing our ability to prevent issues and detect irregularities at an early stage. Monitoring involves reviewing numerical indicators for progress, costs, and time invested, followed by interviews with frontline employees. We provide feedback on any risks or issues and offer guidance on necessary countermeasures to keep projects on track. Evaluations of significant problems are conducted with company executives, and we assist in implementing corrective actions. Knowledge gained from projects is widely shared to improve productivity, prevent recurrence, and support employee training.
PLATON4D standardized development management environment
Fuji Soft introduced PLATON4D in 2011, creating a standardized development management environment that supports more efficient and effective project management. We provide the ticket and configuration management essential for development work and systematically implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to promote continuous quality improvement and stable builds and releases.
Project risk management
We are strengthening risk management to ensure the stable execution of our increasingly diverse projects. Prior to launching a project, we use a thorough checklist developed from our knowledge and experience, and specialists review the project to ensure the highest level of risk management. During project execution, we periodically review the progress, including at the start and completion of each phase, to promptly address changes in existing risks or identify new ones. This comprehensive approach ensures that any impact from an emerging risk will be minimized and a project will continue progressing smoothly.
